Professional Philosophy Statement
I believe that a respectful, caring bond with children and their families are the
cornerstone for a terrific early childhood experience for students . I believe that family is the most important characteristic for the student because they are the child's first educator.
I believe that children can learn through play, interacting with others and
hands-on learning activities.
Creating a community in a classroom surrounding is the beginning for getting the child ready to
be a success. Age appropriate resources are available everywhere in the classroom. Our students
should be able to depend on their classroom as a communication source.
As an educator I believe in teaching clear expectations. I believe in good communication with parents. I believe in parent involvement.I believe in challenging each student according to his or her potential.I believe in making time for each student. I also believe the classroom is where every
student is valued and respected.
I want to teach my students to be genuine, and be themselves. I will attempt to
work hard to understand all the children’s curiosity's and desires. I will be the best role model I
can around the children that I work with and to act appropriately not only with the child but the
families and my employees.

I will make sure I am educated with current issues and trends in all early childhood
education and other areas that affect those in early childhood education. I believe that education is
an acquire, energizing, and lifelong process.

I take the role as an educator seriously.
